Taya's 2005 Litter

On Wednesday 13 July
Taya gave birth to her first litter of kittens. It was slightly earlier than
we had predicted and I was only aware that she was having them when I
awoke to hear what I thought was Steve snoring only to discover that in fact
it was a newborn kitten under the bed!!! I woke up pretty quickly and got Taya into her box that she had been nesting in earlier in the day and sat with her for the next few hours while she safely delivered four more healthy kittens! |

| This week we learnt to walk properly and started to explore our bedroom! | ||||

| The kittens are all starting to eat solid food and using the litter tray. | ||||
| Pip will now eat anything she can get her teeth round. She's not gonna be a fussy eater! | Skylark is a bit fussy and tried not to eat in front of us so that she can pinch some of her mum's gourmet food! | Dream pretends not to like solid food but we see her munching the babycat! | Muffin was slow to eat solid food but now is one of the first to the food bowl | Snowball is now 6 weeks old and has managed to get over the dog gate to make her brake for freedom! |

| The kitten are now rather more grown up at 11 weeks old and are all doing really well! | ||||

The kittens are now 13
weeks old and nearly ready to go to their new homes. Pip and Muffin are
still looking for new Mummy's & Daddy's! They are all really active and so affectionate and love being cuddled |
