Willow was an irresistible spur of the moment decision!! She is the litter sister to Taya. The morning we were due to go and pick Taya up from Coral and Vince Macey I suggested that in fact we buy a pair as they are so much fun. The Macey's told us that she was still unsold so we decided that morning that we would have the pair. On returning home we told my brother that she was called BOGOF (buy one get one free) as he had not been over the moon about getting another cat - let alone two! He soon came round to the idea and Willow is just so cuddly! She's the one you can guarantee will purr the moment you look at her!

As Willow has come to live with Steve and I she has also been on the bench a number of times and was made up to Premier at the Bucks, Oxon and Berks show in 2004. After that Willow was not shown due to an allergy that was believed to be caused by food. She spent 6 months living solely on James Wellbeloved Lamb and Rice and intermittently suffering from nasty scabbed sores on her head and shoulders . It was only when we moved house in April 2005 that we deduced that it was the flat she was allergic to! It was a basement flat and it became apparent that there was a problem with mould! Willow is now back on the bench aiming for her Grand title! She already has two Grand certificate and now only needs one more to reach that goal!
